This beautiful Grade II listed house sits beside the river Severn at Chepstow in Gloucestershire.

It is a great venue for any family or large gathering. The house has been tastefully furnished and decorated and is an amazing venue for a wedding reception, celebrant wedding, family gathering, corporate event and hen parties. This fantastic house is flexible to sleep a large group of between 24 and 28 guests. There are seven bedrooms plus a sofa bed which totals eight bedrooms, four large bathrooms and three WCs.

You can hire this fantastic house for a large group to celebrate any special event. Get together with friends and family to enjoy a landmark birthday party, a big reunion party or hen party. Guests can have fun in the games and cinema room while enjoying a drink from the bar. If they are feeling energetic they can workout in the gym. Alternatively, if the weather is good, guests can just relax out on the rear sun terrace.

A hot tub is available on request, but this chargeable as we hire it in, as it’s safer to do so.

The house is set in three acres of gardens so it has a great outdoor space for entertaining in the summer. This property is also ideal for wedding receptions because a marquee can be hired and located in the large outdoor area. The parking can accommodate up to 40 cars.

Location

The house is in Gloucestershire which is close to Chepstow Castle, Chepstow Race Course and the Severn Estuary. The Severn Bridge which gives easy access to Bristol is nearby which is only a twenty minute drive away.

You can get involved in many of the outdoor pursuits that are available in the Wye Valley and in the Forest of Dean.

The nearest train station is Chepstow (1 mile away) and the nearest large train station is Bristol Parkway.

The nearest airport is Bristol Airport or Cardiff Airport.

The accommodation comprises a reception hall with flagstone tile flooring and a feature staircase, two large reception rooms, dining room, a stunning kitchen/breakfast room with access to the garden, utility room and cloakroom, master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite shower room, main bathroom with roll top bath and shower and five more double guest rooms, three of which are situated on the second floor.

There is a games room/cinema room with Netflix plus a pool table, bar, darts board and leather double sofa beds.
